Day 2

Flubbed on my salad dressing calories yesterday.  I used to have poppy seed dressing that was only 60 calories per tsp.  This dressing is 160 calories per tbsp.  I'm assuming I had the tbsp amount so I added 200 calories to my total because I had one salad in the morning and one salad at night.  Oh well, now I know.


  1. Diet Coke Caffeine Free
  2. 2 cups of salad with dressing
  3. Boca Chicken on bun with ketchup
Calories total: 570

It's 3:15 and I had that for my lunch because I woke up late today.  I will eat an apple with some water later if I get a craving.  Small apples are only 55 calories.  Diet Coke is still bad for me, but atleast the caffeine is gone.  It's going to be a challenge to get rid of soda.  Hmm.  That's okay.  I will be eating by myself tonight because Casey will be at practice.  My problem is eating together with him.  If I already ate, I feel like I have to eat again with him so he doesn't feel left out.  It's such a weird thing.  I know he won't feel left out but I have always felt the need to eat with my significant other because I thought it was a bonding experience.  People have dinner together and talk and laugh, so I have it in my head if we don't eat together that we are missing out on that.  Will update later on little snacks and dinner.  Wish me luck!

Calories: 570 + 510 = 1080

It is now 6:40pm and I'm pretty full.  I skipped my apple by forgetfulness.  Now if I'm hungry later, I will have my apple.  Doing well so far.  If I have an apple it will bring my calorie intake to 1135.  Little less than yesterday.  As long as it's a slow going process I should be good.  Shave off little by little.  Even if I don't lose weight this way, I'm atleast food conscious and that can't be a bad thing!
